Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to digital services provided through Prashq.
Prashq is a service brand operated by Srinivasan Ranganathan, based in India.
Projects are service-based and delivered digitally. Each project is scoped and confirmed before work begins.
Unless agreed otherwise, projects are billed with an upfront payment before work begins and a remaining balance before final handoff.
If a project is cancelled before work has started, the upfront payment may be refunded.
Once project work has started, the upfront payment is generally non-refundable because time has been reserved and work has begun.
If Prashq is unable to deliver the agreed scope, a partial refund may be considered for the unfinished portion of the work.
If the client changes direction after work has started, requests additional pages, asks for extra revision rounds, or adds work outside the agreed scope, that work may require a separate quote and timeline.
One revision round is included in the standard landing-page project unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional revision rounds may be quoted separately.
Final Framer transfer, publishing, editable access, or handoff materials are provided after the remaining balance is paid.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Processing timelines may depend on the payment provider or bank.
