These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided through Prashq.
Prashq is a service brand operated by Srinivasan Ranganathan, based in India.
Prashq provides Framer landing-page design and development services for B2B SaaS and technology companies. Services may include landing-page structure, responsive desktop and mobile implementation, light copy cleanup, CTA integration, basic SEO and social metadata setup, and digital handoff.
All projects are scoped before work begins. The exact deliverables, timeline, price, and payment terms may vary depending on the project and will be confirmed in writing before the project starts.
Unless agreed otherwise, projects are billed in two parts: 50% upfront before work begins and 50% before final handoff. Final Framer transfer, publishing, editable access, or handoff materials are provided after the remaining balance is paid.
A typical landing-page project includes one Framer landing page, responsive desktop and mobile build, light copy cleanup, CTA/form/calendar integration, basic SEO/social metadata, one revision round, and handoff.
Unless separately agreed in writing, services do not include logo design, full brand identity, multi-page websites, complex CMS setup, ecommerce, backend development, paid advertising, SEO ranking guarantees, conversion guarantees, or unlimited revisions.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, required assets, product details, brand materials, and approval feedback in a timely manner. Project timelines may shift if required assets, feedback, or approvals are delayed.
Prashq may use third-party tools such as Framer, Google Workspace, payment processors, scheduling tools, analytics tools, or hosting platforms to deliver services.
No guarantee is made regarding specific conversion rates, revenue increases, search rankings, or business outcomes. The service focuses on improving landing-page clarity, structure, presentation, responsiveness, and handoff.
