SaaS Product Redesign
A conversion-focused redesign for a B2B productivity tool — from cluttered homepage to a clear value proposition with a single, confident call to action.
The problem
The existing site tried to explain too much at once. Three different value propositions competed for attention above the fold, none with enough room to land. The CTA was buried below two feature carousels and a trust strip. Visitors were arriving from paid search, getting confused, and leaving.
What I built
A clean Framer build with a single hero that names the product's primary benefit in under ten words. Below that: a three-step explainer, social proof, a feature section, pricing, and an FAQ — each section doing one job. The AI chatbot (Chatbase) handles objections at the bottom so the page doesn't need to over-explain. Mobile-first throughout.
Key decisions
Cut the headline from 18 words to 7. The original tried to explain the product; the new one names the outcome the buyer actually wants.
Moved the primary CTA to the hero and repeated it after social proof. Removed the secondary CTA entirely — two competing actions meant visitors chose neither.
Result
This is a concept redesign of a real product. The site was built to demonstrate the approach I take on every project: clear hierarchy, one job per section, and a CTA you can't miss. If you're working on something similar, let's talk.
